By accessing or using Phoenix.vu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and iBoson Innovations Private Limited.

If you are using Phoenix.vu on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Phoenix.vu.

What Phoenix.vu is

Phoenix.vu is an AI-powered coding agent for Apple developers. It runs as a persistent sidebar alongside Xcode and helps developers write, build, and fix Swift code for iOS.

Phoenix.vu uses a credit-based system. You purchase credits and consume them as you use the product. Features and availability may change over time as the product develops.

All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised payment processor. By making a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Credits are non-transferable and may only be used within the account they were purchased for.

• Develop software intended to harm, exploit, or deceive others
• Generate malicious code, malware, or spyware
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Phoenix.vu source code
• Resell or redistribute Phoenix.vu or your account credentials
• Circumvent any usage limits, billing systems, or authentication mechanisms

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Refund eligibility is forfeited upon violation of these terms.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all source code, projects, and content you create using Phoenix.vu. We claim no intellectual property rights over your work.

Your source code is processed locally on your Mac. Only the minimum context required for AI inference is sent to third-party AI providers. No source code is retained on Phoenix.vu servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual property

Phoenix.vu, including its interface, branding, and underlying technology, is the property of iBoson Innovations Private Limited. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Phoenix.vu for your own development work while your account remains in good standing.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

AI-generated code should always be reviewed before being deployed to production. You are responsible for testing and validating any code Phoenix.vu produces.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iBoson Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Phoenix.vu.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Phoenix.vu in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@iboson.io . Any unused credits at the time of closure are forfeited and are not refundable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice and without refund of any unused credits.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and notify you by email if the changes are significant.

Continued use of Phoenix.vu after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
