When you uninstall Phoenix.vu, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your machine.
The Phoenix.vu website uses only functional cookies necessary to operate — for example, to maintain your session when signed in.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. We do not track your behaviour across other websites.
If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
To exercise any of these rights, email info@iboson.io . We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We retain your name and email for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, your data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
Payment records are retained by Paddle in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable financial regulations.
No source code, conversation history, or project data is stored on our servers at any point.
Phoenix.vu is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@iboson.io and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we update the effective date and notify you by email if the changes are significant. Continued use of Phoenix.vu after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
