Our commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with Phoenix.vu. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

This policy applies to all credit top-up purchases made on Phoenix.vu and is in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, our authorised payment processor.

How to request a refund

Email us within 14 days

Send an email to info@iboson.io within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your account email and purchase date.

We confirm your request

We will confirm receipt of your refund request within 1 business day and begin processing immediately.

Refund processed

Your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

What's eligible

• All credit top-up purchases made within the last 14 days
• Partial refunds on partially used credits within 14 days — prorated based on unused balance
• First-time purchases and repeat purchases are both eligible

What's not eligible

• Purchases made more than 14 days ago
• Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service

Paddle Buyer Terms

Phoenix.vu payments are processed by Paddle. As our authorised reseller, Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Under Paddle's terms, you have the right to cancel an agreement and return the product within 14 days without giving any reason.
